For an available painting bought online, you can tell me you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, then return it within a further 14 days. Contact zsanett.ghiulai@gmail.com with your order details for return instructions. A refund, including standard outbound delivery, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork. Please protect the painting carefully for its return. Genuine personalised commissions made to your specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation; this will be explained before you order. This does not affect your statutory rights if an artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Standard shipping is £10. Available paintings are dispatched within 3–5 working days after your order. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time, which varies by destination. International delivery is available; contact me before ordering if you have questions about your destination. For personalised commissions, completion and dispatch timing are agreed individually on WhatsApp before you order.
